Description
Our Gallberry honey is a very popular honey made from Central Florida’s Gallberry bush, Ilex glabra, also known as Inkberry. Our bees get to work on this nectar source in the Spring season. Gallberry honey is very pleasant, and floral honey very similar to Orange Blossom honey but without that tangy Orange Blossom funk. Some note a slight bitter note on the finish.
