Pinesmoke Bee Co. is a Honey Bee Apiary serving the Eustis, Mt Dora, & Tavares Tri-City area and beyond. Combining both hobby and commercial Beekeeping knowledge, we aim to innovate towards ever more effective and sustainable hive management practices. With vibrant and accessible educational content and retail offerings, we hope to bring together both lay Bee Lovers and hobby and professional Beekeepers into the common fold of creating an environment that supports pollinators and the people who rely on them.
About Us
Founded by central Florida-based Beekeeper and educator, TJ Lawrence (President) with fellow Beekeeper Jason Gajentan (Vice President) and head of market sales Audra Montgomery (Secretary), Pinesmoke Bee Co. is an Apiary for the modern era.
After a year of study beginning in 2015, we launched our beekeeping endeavors in early 2016. After several seasons of prosperous growth and production, the time to expand our horizons has come.
In 2022, plans to expand our apiary include offering publicly available hive products, lectures, educational workshops, farm to table events, and other similar activities for our community, customers, and the local public and private schools.
We look forward to increasing our hive count and honey production, building our infrastructure, educating local budding beekeepers, and mentoring those who are in need of assistance throughout our community.
