Description
We’ve taken our Private Reserve Gallberry Honey and aged it in freshly dumped Bourbon Barrels! Over the course of no less than 90 days, honey being naturally hygroscopic pulls the remaining bourbon from the America White Oak barrel staves imparting some spicy notes from the barrel char, the vanillin from the wood and just a bit of the bourbon itself. What a complex flavor!
