Our Autumn Wildflower honey is made from many of Central Florida’s autumn blooming invasive floral sources, we like to call it our Invasive Showcase. Our bees get to work on these nectar sources in early September provided we do not have any hurricanes. You will taste notes of Brazilian Pepper, Golden Rain Tree, Pink Coral Vine among many others producing a golden colored honey that ages to a golden amber and presents a flavor that tastes a bit fruity.
