We are loving this homage to late summer – a Florida-centric Watermelon Rickey from Fresh From Florida.

After subbing the simple sugar syrup for simple honey syrup (Pinesmoke Bee Co’s Spring Wildflower or Gallberry will do) there’s only one choice remaining – gin from St. Augustine’s Distillery or Old St. Pete?
